An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our South Kirklees Complex Neurology Team.
Locala Adult Therapy Service provides high quality care to patients in their own homes, community rehabilitation facilities and care homes. We are patient centred and holistic in our approach and work with patients to maximise their independence.
This role requires a motivated and dynamic person to work within this established service and it is essential that you are able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience of treating patients following stroke and neurological deficit is essential. There are opportunities for training within the team. Good communication skills and teamworking are essential qualities.
This is a Community based role, so being a driver with access to a vehicle in order to meet this aspect of the post is essential.
Applicants need to be HCPC registered with right to work in UK.
