The Practice Lead is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Visitor to work in collaboration with the 0-19 leadership team, alongside the Locality Lead and Safeguarding Lead, to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within a high-quality, efficient, and effective service.
The Practice Lead role is varied and offers the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills. The development and delivery of training packages, along with supervision provided by the practice lead team, supports the current and future workforce, including pre-registration and SCPHN students, in delivering a high-quality service.

The role allows the successful candidate to influence service delivery to children and families in our community, maintaining clinical skills through supporting learners and the service.
