Join the DaVita Kidney Care team as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis clinic. In this hands‑on role you will work under RN supervision to provide safe and compassionate dialysis care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or other healthcare experience
