Join evo\’s dynamic Corporate Merchandising team and play a key role in driving our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Social Value initiatives across our well-known brands: Banner, Complete, and VOW Wholesale!

Your mission: To gather, analyse, and report on our progress in key areas like Decarbonisation and Responsible Procurement, collaborating with passionate teams across Marketing, Sales, and more.

What You\’ll Do

  • Manage and analyse CSR data using our Evolution database and Power BI.
  • Maintain our CSR information libraries and support employee education.
  • Respond to customer sustainability surveys to support our sales teams.
  • Assist with submissions to platforms like SEDEX and Ecovadis.
  • Identify key trends to inform our CSR strategy and next steps.
  • Act as the on-site CSR representative for our Normanton office.

Location: Normanton (Wakefield) – Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model (4 days office/1 day home)!

We\’re Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Experienced in data analysis and management.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and Power BI.
  • Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability.
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with strong time management and relationship-building abilities.

Bonus if you have: Experience in warehousing, transport, or procurement, or knowledge of sustainability platforms.
