Job Description
We are recruiting for Class 2 LGV C Drivers at our Skelmersdale Depot within the Mller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well-maintained fleet. We offer full-time schedules with no overnight stays.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to upskill to Class 1 through our in-house driver training academy after 13 weeks.

Day shifts:
- Monday – Friday: £15.08
- Saturday: £16.97
- Sunday: £22.62
Night shifts:
- Monday – Friday: £17.22
- Saturday: £19.39
- Sunday: £25.84
Overtime:
- Days: £16.97
- Nights: £19.39
Responsibilities
- Transport milk safely and efficiently from farms to various sites, including loading and reloading, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prioritize safety and respect all road users.
- Complete driver and vehicle checks diligently.
- Plan routes considering safety restrictions, road works, and traffic for smooth journeys.
- Maintain professionalism as the interface between the business and customers.
Key Skills & Experience
- HGV Class 2 Licence (LGV Cat C)
- Current CPC and digital driving card
- No more than 6 minor points (no CDs, DDs, DRs, INs)
- At least 12 months of experience
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the role
- Team player with initiative
- Positive attitude and reliable
