At Hays Recruitment, we are working with a large global organisation who are looking for a Credit Manager to join their busy team. As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Credit Controllers in proactively managing a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership, ensuring that you lead and engage your team. Maintaining clear ownership and detailed knowledge of your team\’s debt ledger. Developing strong, productive relationships across all levels of the business. Driving cash flow to ensure that you meet team and stakeholder targets. Compiling and analysing reports to improve transparency and effectiveness of debt collection. Managing escalations from your team, joining client calls, and assisting in resolving debt issues. You will need to be someone who has previous experience with people management in a Credit Control team, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders. The ability to prioritise and manage your workload is also key to being successful in this role. You may hold or be studying for CICM, but without a doubt you will have to possess excellent communication skills.
