Through our company owned stores division, G&E Murgatroyd, we own and operate over 160 SPAR stores across the north of England and are proud to offer our customers a modern and convenient shopping experience.

More About the Role
As a Retail Assistant you will be at the forefront of providing amazing service to our customers! You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team and take advantage of development opportunities through apprenticeships and in house training.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service.
- Controlling costs and waste
- Till operation and cash handling
- Controlling and replenishing stock levels
- Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures

We need individuals who are reliable, hardworking and passionate about customer service! We will offer full training so don\’t worry if this is your first job in retail. We will also support you in any way we can if you want to take advantage of the development and progression opportunities we can offer you.
