Essential Criteria
- A relevant teaching qualification or substantial industry experience in Aviation or Cabin Crew (or be working towards a teaching qualification)
- Subject expertise that enhances the quality of taught programmes
- A relevant degree or professional qualification at Level 3 or above
- Experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education
- Knowledge of innovative teaching and learning techniques
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Travel and Tourism programmes
- Develop curriculum content and learning materials to meet learner needs
- Lead and manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring inclusive learning
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support progression
- Contribute to course leadership, verification, and quality assurance processes
- Support student recruitment, guidance, and enrolment activities
- Participate in departmental planning, self-assessment, and continuous improvement
- Engage in professional development and share best practice with colleagues
