About the Role:
As a founding SDR (Sales Development Representative) you\’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities for the sales team. Your main responsibilities will be to arrange and book in demonstrations of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential new customers – this will include cold calling (preferred activity!) but will be supplemented with strategic LinkedIn & Email work.
- Working towards targets – you\’ll be working towards regular activity targets (call time, calls made etc).
- Conversations with decision makers – you\’ll be looking to have conversations with IT Managers, & Heads of IT to understand what pains and challenges they\’re facing and how your solution could help them.
About you:

- Coachable – you\’ll need to be someone that\’s always willing to improve and get better every single day.
- Resilient – sales isn\’t easy, and there will be a lot of rejection (a lot!). You\’ll ideally have worked in a role where you\’ve had to deal with and overcome setbacks.
- Confidence – you\’ll be (reasonably) comfortable picking up the phone to people that you\’ve never spoken to before
- High Achiever – previous examples of where you\’ve performed well above the average (this could be in work, extra-curricular, sport etc)
