We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team! If you are looking for a self-fulfilling job in healthcare, then look no further.

Schedule as follows:
Sundays: 3pm-8pm
Tuesdays: 3pm-8pm
Thursdays:3pm-8pm
Saturdays: 3pm-8pm
The primary purpose of your job position is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.
As Receptionist, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Duties
- Operate paging/telephone system as required.
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a current file listing of residents by name and room number.
- Greet Visitors.
- Give directions and information to visitors guests, residents, and sales representatives.
- Assist with administrative duties as directed.
- Assist Business Office Manager with excel spreadsheet and accounts recieveable/payable
- Other duties as assigned
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
One year in a clerical position or successful completion of a secretarial program.
