Business Development Manager – Marlow, Bucks (Medical/Pharma)
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading medical/healthcare company near Marlow, Bucks.
The role involves driving new sales through identifying potential customers, developing cross-sells of new products to existing clients, and will primarily be conducted via telephone (90%), with some face-to-face visits and trade show appearances.
The successful candidate will join a team of 5 salespeople and report to the Commercial Director. The company is family-owned, with 25 staff in the UK and a low staff turnover, with team members having been with the company from 5 to 20 years.
Qualifications include:
- A 2.1 or 1st class University Degree in a Science subject
- At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Sales role
- Good mathematical skills
- Experience in the Medical/Healthcare sector is beneficial
