This business is theleading manufacturer of technical products for the food production sector, renowned for their quality products and their innovation, reliability, and performance. They are looking for a professional commercially minded individual who has exceptional customer relationship skills, to support the sales effort across the UK & Ireland. Ideally you will have experience within a business-to-business environment and will be able to support customers with technical knowledge and support (with training, of course).
What You Will Do:
- To provide internal commercial support to the field sales team to ensure customer’s expectations are met and service levels exceeded.
- Processing orders.
- Monitor and analyse Customer order patterns.
- Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure orders are being processed effectively.
- Partner and work closely with key members of the field sales team to provide support.
- Establish strong relationships with their international colleagues.
- Assisting where required to assist management and help drive the business forward.
What You Will Have:
- Good mathematic, written English and IT skills (Microsoft applications).
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills. This is essential to the role.
- Previous experience of Navision would be useful.
- Strong interpersonal skills, being both persuasive and assertive.
- Methodical and logical with an ability to provide solutions.
- Highly organised, disciplined and able to maintain high standards while unsupervised
- In possession of a strong work ethic.
