Job Description

The Programme Manager will deliver first-in-class digital campaigns and contribute to improving our delivery services—ensuring profitability, process efficiency, and an outstanding client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, aligning with client objectives and timelines.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout projects.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategies aligning with client goals and industry standards, fostering innovation.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions meeting client needs.
