Receptionist Administrator
Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a professional and friendly environment? We’re working with a well-regarded law firm with multiple offices across Dorset, now seeking a capable and proactive individual to join their small but busy Weymouth office.
This is a key front-of-house and support role that requires someone who is confident working independently, able to manage a varied workload, and who takes pride in offering a warm and professional welcome to clients both in person and over the phone.
The Role:
As Receptionist/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Front desk/reception duties: greeting clients, handling calls, managing incoming and outgoing post
- General administrative support across the office
- Assisting with file opening/closing, scanning, filing, and document management
- Supporting fee-earners, predominantly within Residential Property and Private Client departments
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar reception/administration role, ideally within a professional services setting
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A warm and professional manner with clients and colleagues alike
- Legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential
