Position Overview
We are currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant / Export Shipping Documentation Consultant to join our busy Export Documentation Department in Ashford, Middlesex. Our team work with all types of export documentation, working closely with our customers and the London Chamber of Commerce to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Raising/issuing all export documentation
- Liaising with customers via telephone & email
- Telephone enquiries and quotes
- Covering Reception when required
- Sorting incoming/outgoing post & courier envelopes
- Transferring telephone calls to various staff/departments
- Liaising with our Couriers
- The ideal candidate will need to be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good customer service and attention to detail is essential as all documentation has to be accurate and produced to a high-quality standard.
- Experience in this role is not essential as full training will be provided.
