We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised food manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £12.21 per hour, rising to £16.48 on Saturday shifts/overtime hours. The role of Food Production Operative is based in Latchington, Essex.
Please note this shift will transition into a permanent contract after 12 weeks of work is completed.

Main Duties Of Food Production Operatives
- Working in a factory environment, ensuring food is made safely and according to hygiene rules
- Loading, weighing, grading and palletising stock for a number of the UKs major retailers.
- Working in a fast-paced production and packing line.
- Operating production machinery
- Flexibility towards shifts and availability.\’
These roles are available for immediate start. Once you have been trained, our client is keen to move you onto a permanent contract with increased pay rates, responsibilities and benefits.
