We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised food manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £12.21 per hour, rising to £16.48 on Saturday shifts/overtime hours. The role of Food Production Operative is based in Latchington, Essex.

Please note this shift will transition into a permanent contract after 12 weeks of work is completed.

  • 06:30 – 16:30
  • 07:00 – 17:00
  • 07:30 – 17:30
  • Monday – Friday, Saturdays optional

Pay

  • From £12.21 per hour
  • £16.48 on Saturdays
  • Paid weekly

Main Duties Of Food Production Operatives

  • Working in a factory environment, ensuring food is made safely and according to hygiene rules
  • Loading, weighing, grading and palletising stock for a number of the UKs major retailers.
  • Working in a fast-paced production and packing line.
  • Operating production machinery
  • Flexibility towards shifts and availability.\’

These roles are available for immediate start. Once you have been trained, our client is keen to move you onto a permanent contract with increased pay rates, responsibilities and benefits.
