Job Scope: We are recruiting a proactive and committed Community Branch Manager to lead the operations of an Extra Care Scheme within a well-established care organisation. The Community Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care, building and developing a dedicated team, and ensuring the service operates in full compliance with regulatory and contractual standards. The Community Branch Manager will ensure staffing levels meet service demands, that care is delivered to the highest standard, and that all systems and processes are accurately maintained. Key duties include recruitment, rota coordination, quality audits, and continuous performance monitoring. The role requires a strong focus on compliance, team leadership, and service improvement.
