Production Supervisor Wrexham Industrial Estate £40,000 per annum Monday – Friday | 2pm – 10pm Benefits: 30 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) Enhanced Overtime Rates 5% Employer Pension Contribution Free Onsite Parking & Canteen Facilities About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing facility on Wrexham Industrial Estate. Initially offered on a temporary basis, this position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for supervising a team of production operatives on the late shift, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a background in the food industry to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of food production operatives during the late shift Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and safely Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality in line with BRC and HACCP guidelines Conduct regular quality and compliance checks Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction Resolve any production or staffing issues in a timely manner Assist with the training, development, and onboarding of new team members Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and shift handovers The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a food manufacturing environment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP, BRC) Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills Proactive and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting Key Skills / Alternative Titles Production Supervisor, Food Production Supervisor, Line Leader, Food Manufacturing Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, Section Leader How to Apply Travail Employment Group is acting as an Employment Agency in this vacancy.
