Our client based in the Southampton area, a class leader in SaaS solutions for their industry, is recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be a results-driven SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, ideal for someone who knows how to close high-value enterprise deals and drive measurable growth. Candidates will be working on a national basis, so location is flexible – but preferably within reasonable reach of the South Coast / Southampton region. What You\’ll Be Doing: Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation through to closing SaaS contracts with OEMs, groups, and corporate clients. Design and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across target accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to align efforts and deliver seamless customer experience. Conduct needs assessments, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and craft winning proposals. Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate forecasting and reporting. Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars, building brand presence and fostering partnerships. Negotiate commercial terms and contribute to shaping our product offering with market feedback.What we\’re looking for: 7+ years\’ proven success in SaaS sales, ideally within the digital engagement space.
