Role: Heavy Lift Manager Location: Studley, Warwickshire Salary: Upto 55k plus benefits My Client, a complete solutions provider of heavy lift services for the UK\’s energy sectors and heavy industries are recruiting a Heavy Lift Manager. Job Role: Day to day leadership and ownership of the Heavy Lift Team that own full life cycle of Heavy Lift Projects from Client Briefing, Pricing, project plans and the delivery/implementation of the solution. Liaising with customers on a technical basis to enable support and preparation of quotations in line with the customers enquiry Develop long-term working partnerships with main OEM customers Develop method statements and risk assessments for bespoke operations LiaisE with all departments on a daily/weekly time scaleExperience: Significant experience working in within Heavy plant removal and installation Ideally have been involved in large mechanical/hydraulic press dismantling and installing Posses knowledge /experience in the use of gantry jacks, versa lifts and other lifting equipment. Experience of running a team of fitter riggers and transport knowledge. Commercially astute so as to enable a smooth flow from start to finish A systematic approach to problem resolution and demonstrate ability to work effectively with and assist others in the team Project Management Skills Experience with Machine Moving, Machine Relocation, Machine Bumping, Machine refurbishments
