We\’re actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join our clients busy team based in Dudley. Our client is a leading supplier of steel products across the UK. We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to help drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities * Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively follow up with quotes, pricing and product info * Process sales orders, purchase requisitions and coordinate delivery schedules * Maintain accurate records in the internal system, ensuring smooth order flow from quote to delivery * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategy * Collaborate with the Sales Director to meet and exceed annual sales and margin targets * Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency * Liaise with credit control to ensure accounts remain within agreed terms * Build trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and integrity Working hours: * Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now
