Commercial Finance Manager Location: Heathrow Sector: Ground Support Equipment Leasing (Aviation) Red Sky Personnel is working with a leading provider of ground support equipment leasing and services within the aviation sector. As the company continues its transformation and growth, we\’re seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a key link between the finance, commercial, and operational teams. This is a high-impact role ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with advanced Power BI skills and a drive to improve financial visibility, reporting, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Deliver monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting with a commercial focus. Build and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver insightful financial and operational data. Work closely with commercial teams to analyse deals, optimise pricing, and develop financial models. Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and help reshape finance workflows in line with new business structures. Assist in cash flow monitoring, tax compliance, and audit preparation during the transition period. Identify cost-saving opportunities across leasing operations and document process improvements. Support wider finance functions as needed and provide cover for the Finance Manager when required. Candidate Profile Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA). Final-stage candidates are welcome to apply. Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a commercial finance role. Strong Power BI capability, including full dashboard creation, data modelling, and DAX knowledge. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is desirable. Background in leasing, equipment finance, or capital-intensive sectors is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
