BDS are currently looking for a supported accommodation Worker in Sunderland. The role will be to work as part of a team managing a small portfolio of properties and tenanacies within an allocated area. You will work closely with a small group of people to provide housing management service. Your duties will include; * Supporting tenants to manager their tenancy and assist with benefits claims * Signposting to relevant organisations. * Ensuring the correct tenancies are issued and ensure the tenant understands an accepts the tenancy obligations. * Providing support with finding training and employment oportunities The ideal candidate with have previous supported housing experience, including dealing with tenancy related issues. An enahnced DBS check will be required You will be required to have a full Uk driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
