Reach and CB FLT/Warehouse Operative Job Summary Temporary to Permanent Reach and CB FLT/Warehouse Operative We are seeking a dedicated and efficient CB FLT/Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse by ensuring that goods are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various warehouse tasks, including materials handling and quality control, while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities • Operate Reach and CB FLT • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly selected and prepared for delivery. • Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting of products as required. • Maintain an organised warehouse environment by stocking shelves and ensuring proper storage of goods. • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently – must have current Reach and CB FLT certs. • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals while maintaining a high level of productivity.
