The Retail Sales Advisor Role

  • Work as part of a small team, following Warren James policies, procedures and processes to maximise sales and customer numbers.
  • Create a welcoming environment and deliver great one‑to‑one customer experiences.
  • Help with day‑to‑day tasks, including visual jewellery displays.
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.
  • Set a positive example in everything you do.
