Full time packing operator

We make a label-friendly shelf-life extender that address microbial spoilage (antimicrobials, fermentates & blends) to reduce food loss and waste and help food and beverage manufacturers optimize production costs and foster consumer loyalty.
We are looking for a Packing Operative to join a fantastic employer in Beaminster who values diversity and inclusion.
This role would be suited to someone with previous experience within a packing environment, ideally within food, who has a high level of reliability.

What will I be doing?
- Working to a high level of personal and food safety.
- Packing final product to meet customer requirements.
- Stock control.
- Batching of ingredients in preparation for production.
- Running and monitoring spray dry powder operation.
- Timely reporting of plant issues to the engineering department.
- Small maintenance duties.
- Contribute to team problem-solving activities.
Who we are looking for:
- IT confident (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- You will be a team player but also able to operate interdependently.
- Always maintain a high standard of work.
- Counter balance forklift truck licence preferred.
- Experience working within a process/packing environment desirable.
- Basic food hygiene and health and safety qualifications.
