About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team at GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers offer valuable customer feedback and help us ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

  • Delivering products to customers within a 40-mile radius
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
  • Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
  • Loading your vehicle according to procedures
  • Collecting customer returns as required
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
  • Assisting in the warehouse when needed
  • Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours:

Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you\’ll need to succeed:

  • Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • At least 3 years of driving experience
  • Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver
  • Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service standards
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
  • Customer-focused, driven, and willing to go the extra mile
