The Role
We are looking for an Academy Driver on a casual basis to provide travel support to our Academy players and staff.

Your day-to-day
- Provide regular player transport – you\’ll carry out minibus journeys as required to ensure safe and prompt travel for our players
- Support the wider Academy operation – you\’ll work alongside our Kit team to help with occasional transport of training/match kit and equipment
- Handle ad-hoc travel – you will host minibus travel services for staff as and when required
- Uphold our high standards – you will take responsibility for ensuring our Academy travel equipment is efficiently managed and looked after
- Build positive working relationships – you\’ll engage and collaborate with players, parents/guardians and our wider team
Please note: You\’ll be based at Sobha Realty Training Centre and this role will include evening and weekend work.
What We Are Looking For
- Clean UK driving licence – you\’ll be able to transport yourself to various different locations
- Experience in a similar role – you are confident with driving in Greater London and surrounding areas
- Safeguarding champion – you have the completed the FA Safeguarding accreditation (or willing to undertake)
- Trusted ambassador for our club – you recognise your responsibility as a representative of our club and maintain exceptional standards of professional behaviour towards colleagues, players and the wider public
