Job Opportunity: Fitness Coach at Holywell Fitness Centre
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Holywell Fitness Centre, part of Loughborough University\’s world-class sporting environment. As a Fitness Coach, you\’ll work in a vibrant, high-performance setting supporting everyone from students to elite athletes. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer care
- Maintaining state-of-the-art facilities
- Leading engaging fitness sessions, workshops, and classes
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of equipment
- Providing personalised fitness consultations
- Supporting members in achieving their goals
- Assisting with reception duties, bookings, and general administration
This is a full-time, permanent role with an average 37-hour work week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position offers a salary of £24,794 to £26,230 per annum, subject to annual pay awards, plus a shift allowance of 12.5% during term time and 5% during vacation periods.
