We\’re building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci\’s family! Our restaurant features a brick oven at its center, symbolizing our commitment to authenticity and quality. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow—brick by brick—through innovation and excellence.
As a Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for preparing appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci\’s specifications.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas to ensure flexible scheduling
- Food rotation, set-up, break-down, stocking, presentation, and cleaning
- Prepare food accurately and timely
- Ensure temperature accuracy of ovens, coolers, and freezers
- Inspect stock levels and review prep sheets with the manager
