A successful and steadily growing independent accountancy firm in Worcester is looking to hire across both its Audit & Accounts and Tax teams. This is a modern, values-led practice with an excellent reputation for client service and internal culture. Your role as an Accounts & Audit Senior:
- You\’ll join a close-knit team where you\’ll be working across a diverse portfolio of clients (mostly OMBs, SMEs, Charities, and NFPs), With a 60/40 split between accounts and audit.
- This is a genuinely varied role with the autonomy to lead audits from planning to completion and continue building strong, long-term client relationships.
- The role will involve travelling to client sites both locally and UK wide.
What you\’ll need to succeed:
- ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Experience managing audits from planning through to completion.
- Comfortable preparing accounts under UK GAAP.
- Experience of using IRIS software would be beneficial.
- Ideally experience or interest in the charity / NFP space (not essential).
- A generalist, well-rounded background.
- A driving licence would be preferable.
