Job Description

Brand Partnerships Manager

Base – £50 – £55K base + 30% comms + benefits

Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office

Our client is a leading current affairs and lifestyle publishing portfolio with highly respected digital, social, and video content designed to appeal to Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

Due to excellent growth, my client is looking to expand by hiring another Brand Partnerships Sales Manager who will specialise in the Travel sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive hunter mentality and can think laterally and dazzle clients and agencies with great ideas. Organised, proactive, and also possessing great client handling and account management skills is essential. Existing travel media sales experience is desirable but not essential, however, experience of selling brand partnership programs is essential. A core requirement of the role is that the successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven track record of delivering big-ticket branded content partnerships and/or selling sponsorship, custom content, and social video.
  • A proactive hunter mentality towards sourcing sales leads and engineering sales conversations with clients through compelling sales arguments and coming up with bright ideas they’ll want to buy
  • Demonstrable proof of hitting sales targets
  • A network of media agency contacts at the Top 6 global networks plus client direct contacts at Travel Clients and Tourist Boards is highly desirable
  • The ability to sell audiences via the use of data, research, and insight
  • The ability to Influence clients through best-in-class ideas
  • Proven history of revenue generation and beating set budgets
