What’s the role about?

As a Delegated Driving Examiner, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our drivers meet and exceed DVSA standards. You\’ll deliver Module 3 and 4 tests, and occasionally theory exams, while upholding the highest level of professionalism and technical knowledge. You’ll support both new trainees and experienced drivers across our UK operations – so no two days will be the same.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Conducting DVSA Module 3 and, where appropriate, Module 4 practical tests
  • Administering theory tests (when required)
  • Ensuring test centres meet DVSA compliance standards
  • Completing and submitting all DVSA‑required paperwork and admin
  • Acting as a technical expert in working groups and company evaluations
  • Supporting the ongoing development of driving and testing standards

Requirements

  • Qualified Delegated Examiner
  • Aged 24+ with a clean driving record (max. 3 points)
  • Fully compliant with DVSA testing rules
  • Held a full UK/EU licence continuously for the past 4 years
  • A calm, professional, and detail‑focused approach
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to travel
