WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE WITH COUNTERBALANCE FLT LICENCE (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)
Pay Rate: Β£25, 670 (23, 890 basic + Β£1780 shift allowance ) β Also potential to earn annual bonus of Β£1300
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Rotational day shift pattern 0600 hours-1400 hours/1000 hours-1800 hours

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment.
Be responsible for picking and packing specified items from storage and prepare them for shipment.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures
- Full RTITB (or equivalent) Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck License is ESSENTIAL for this role.
- Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Reach truck experience preferred but not essential
- Manual Handling Equipment experience (MHE)
- Basic computer skills
