Are you a digital systems expert with a values-led mindset? We’re seeking a hands-on consultant to help streamline, integrate and future-proof the tech infrastructure of a growing national training organisation.
At Transform Your Training, we deliver trauma-informed, values-led training that helps organisations make a real difference. Now we’re looking for the right person to help us work smarter and have even more impact.
We need someone who can:
- Audit, clean up and connect systems (HubSpot, SharePoint, Arlo, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
- Review our current systems and make recommendations
- Improve data flows, build dashboards and implement practical automation
- Create usable documentation, train our team, and leave us with sustainable systems
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in systems integration and digital transformation
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, HubSpot, AI and automation tools
• Collaborative, user-friendly mindset and values-led approach
• Ability to deliver outcomes, not just advice
This is a delivery-focused role. You’ll work closely with our admin team and wider staff to make lasting, sustainable improvements.
