We are looking for a Senior Trainer to join our Primary team here in Merthyr Kepak. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary.
Role Purpose:
Leading the design, planning, implementation, and management of all production operatives training programs to ensure that the production operatives work efficiently, safely and to the Kepak and customer standards. Working closely to direct and guide the line trainers to conduct training gap analysis and assess training needs within their area of responsibility, ensuring the training matrices accurately reflect the skills and competencies required for each role. Help design and deliver training, whilst monitoring resource development to ensure that the workforce is capable, legally compliant and continually growing in skills and expertise to meet organisational goals and operational needs.

Ideally you will have experience and knowledge working as a Butcher or Slaughterman, you will need strong knowledge of production processes, Health & Safety regulations, food safety and quality standards.
Competency in creating and delivering training material/content tailored to various learning styles and proficiency in using data and feedback to improve training outcomes and operational efficiency.
