Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for security issues, troubleshooting and resolving within deadlines
- Respond to alerts from Cyber Security Monitoring systems for the company and clients
- Generate security status reports
- Assist in designing, testing, and troubleshooting security solutions (IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- Maintain documentation on configurations, schematics, and support guides
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure company and customer networks
- Maintain knowledge of platforms and security best practices
- Develop personal expertise and share knowledge with colleagues
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, especially with a cybersecurity focus, at 2.1 standard
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, Windows Server, and Desktop OS
- Attention to detail and interest in device, hardware, and software security
- Ability to communicate security information to non-technical audiences
- Professional interaction skills with remote customers
