I provide a person-centred, pluralistic approach with a psychodynamic lean. I believe in empowering the client to be a well-informed expert on themselves. I use psycho-education and self-help tools to assist clients in navigating their daily lives.
I use several tools, including Psychodynamic exploration, Hypnotherapy, Regression, Rewinding, Family Constellation Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness Coaching and Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversities theory. These tools aim to root out issues stemming from adverse childhood events, life experiences and trauma, and work to mitigate their effects which can lead to a negative self-image in adulthood.
