Position: Motor Mechanic
About the role
We are the UK\\\βs leading vehicle rental specialists. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire. This role is based in Borehamwood with day shifts; overtime is available and paid at time and a half.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on our fleet to ensure safety and compliance
- Diagnose, service and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
- Adhere to company policies and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain workshop tools, records and housekeeping
Qualifications
- Level 2 Qualified Technician with at least 3 years of experience as a technician/mechanic, or
- Fully qualified Level 3 Technician / Mechanic
Training and development
We have an internal IMI accredited training department offering upskilling in Hybrid & EV vehicle repair, Tail lift, braking systems, electrics, etc. For Level 2 trained candidates, a training needs analysis can build a personalised program to increase your skillset.
