We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £41,000, tailored to your skills and experience. This package is based on a 40-hour work week, Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn an over-performance bonus!

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Qualifications

We\’re looking for technicians across all levels and packages on offer are dependent upon experience and qualifications however, you can expect packages such as:

  • Service and Maintenance Technician: Salaries range from £28,000 to £35,000.
  • Service and Diagnostic Technician: Salaries range from £30,000 to £38,600.
  • Senior Technician: Salaries range from £32,000 to £41,000.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • MOT license (preferred but not essential)
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
