My Gym Children\’s Fitness Center is hiring enthusiastic, athletic individuals to teach part-time (20+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week). Perfect for under-graduates, recent graduates, performers, athletes, or anyone who loves working with young children in an active and encouraging environment.
About the Job
We teach age-appropriate gym classes to toddlers, preschoolers, and early grade school kids (up to age 10 years). You’ll lead classes filled with fun activities like:
- Songs, dances, and games
- Relays, conditioning skills, and obstacle courses
- Basic gymnastics – including tumbling, vault, bars, and balance beam
- Warm‑ups, yoga, and team building activities
We provide comprehensive training and an easy‑to‑use online curriculum. You bring the energy, and we’ll teach you everything else!
About Us
We’re locally owned with two South Shore locations:
- Norwell – open since 2008
- Braintree – opened in June 2024

What We Offer

What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, upbeat, and full of positive energy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Physically fit – able to hang from bars, do basic tumbling, lift kids, etc.
- Comfortable leading groups and engaging with kids and parents
- Reliable and available at least 4 or 5 (morning and afternoon) shifts/week, including Fridays 12:00–3:30pm for team meetings
- Background in performing arts, athletics, child care, or teaching is a big plus, but not required
