Live-out Houseman Job, South OxfordJob
Our client based in South Oxford is seeking a highly experienced and professional Houseman for a fully staffed residence.
The Houseman will be responsible for the heavy housework within the Estate and report to the Lead Houseman to ensure that the principals’ residence and all other properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness possible.
This is a Full-time position working:
5 days per week – Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm (during the Winter)
5 days per week – weekends on a rota, 7am – 3pm or 11am – 7pm (during the Summer)
Primary responsibilities/duties:

Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior structures within property, clean windows throughout property, walkways, patios, and parking areas.

Clean, maintain and organise exterior set ups, including furniture, umbrellas and drinks set up.

Maintenance of a tennis court.
-
Vehicle and Golf Cart maintenance which includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, etc.

Responsible for setting up, maintaining and break down of furniture during events.

Transportation of high-end furniture and art
-
Running company errands as needed.

Organisation and cleanliness of warehouses and storage areas.

Other duties assigned by Estate Manager and Lead Houseman.
