  • Salary: $55,900 – $69,998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
  • Permanent Part-time positions available
  • Rosters available between Monday-Sunday
  • Locations – Duncraig, Balga, Morley, Lockridge, Eden Hill and Bassendean

We are looking forSupport Workers with ample availability to work at our Supported Accommodationto support adults with high care and complex disability needs including our new SHIFT Specialist Disability Accommodation.

About the Support Worker role:

  • Provide comprehensive support to our customers in all areas of daily living, including maintaining their home environment, attending outings and medical appointments, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting daily routines—all while upholding dignity and respect at all times.

  • Communicate and interact with customers in a meaningful and person-centred manner.

  • Safely transport participants to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles.

  • Accurately record and report all services and supports delivered, including completion of time-sheets, case notes, and incident reports as required

We are looking for:

  • Available to work across any day of the week (Monday to Sunday) in supported accommodation settings

  • Committed to creating an inclusive, person-centred environment

  • Experience supporting people with various disabilities

  • Comfortable working in someone’s home and helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere

  • Strong understanding of customer active support practice
