What You’ll Be Doing
- LeadingonanddeliveringawiderangeofprofessionalBuildingSurveyingservices–includingdilapidations,contractadmin,projectmonitoring,technicalduediligence,andrefurbishmentschemes
- ActingasContractAdministratorand/orProjectManageroncomplexprojects,frominceptionthroughtocompletion
- Overseeingandreviewingtheworkofjuniorsurveyors;supportingtheirtraininganddevelopment
- Managingyourownworkload,clients,anddeadlineswhileensuringqualityassuranceandprofessionalstandardsaremet
- Liaisingdirectlywithclientsandconsultants,ofteninaclient-facingcapacity
- Contributingtobusinessdevelopmentandspottingopportunitiesforfurtherwork
- Stayinguptodatewithlegislation(includingCDM,BSA)andofferingPrincipalDesignerdutieswhenrequired
