- Overseeingandreviewingtheworkofjuniorsurveyors;supportingtheirtraininganddevelopment
- Managingyourownworkload,clients,anddeadlineswhileensuringqualityassuranceandprofessionalstandardsaremet
- Liaisingdirectlywithclientsandconsultants,ofteninaclient-facingcapacity
