KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
- Use diagnostic equipment and systematic approaches to diagnose and rectify vehicle faults, as instructed.
- Ensure understanding of the latest vehicle technology and undertake relevant training.
- Observe safe working practices for oneself and others.
- Adhere to manufacturer and dealer quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Complete service documentation (electronic job sheets, PDI’s, service reports) per brand standards and site requirements.
- Perform high-quality vehicle health checks and videos promptly.
- Maintain workshop health & safety and housekeeping standards, including proper use of tools.
- Engage in professional development through manufacturer training, including Hybrid and BEV technologies.
