We are seeking a qualified electrician with experience in domestic heating and hot water systems.
Overview of Role
You will attend properties, conducting testing and remedial works. We require a qualified electrical engineer experienced in domestic heating and hot water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out EICRs after assessing electrical installations within properties.
- Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems across various domestic and commercial properties.
- Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
- Communicating updates and progress, completing paperwork electronically and manually.
- Adhering to Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
- Managing stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts are available for jobs.
