Best Buy Remodel is one of Las Vegas’ top-rated home renovation companies, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and full home remodeling. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, personable Lead Intake Coordinator to join our team.
This part-time, in-office role is ideal for students in architecture, interior design, construction management, or related fields who are looking to gain real-world industry experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls from new and existing homeowner leads
Call new inquiries quickly to qualify and schedule estimates
Enter and manage all lead info in our CRM (Workiz)
Follow up with leads who didn’t book right away
Provide weekly lead summaries and reports
Assist the office manager with light administrative and project support tasks
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable speaking on the phone with a friendly, professional tone
Confident using a script, but able to sound natural and conversational
Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
Familiar with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.)
Able to work independently and stay focused during shifts
Bonus: Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or any design-related software
Interest in interior design, architecture, or remodeling is a plus
Pay: $15/hour
Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 6 hours/day)
Location: In-person at our Las Vegas office
