About the job
Are you a procurement expert passionate about looking after the environment and reducing climate change in Cornwall? This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Head of Innovation, Sustainability & Procurement to advance plans to reduce our environmental impact across the business. The Sustainable Procurement Manager is a permanent role leading procurement with a focus on environmental sustainability.
You will manage our Approved Supplier List and Contracts Register, providing regular reports and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while influencing our supply chain to meet our Environmental Strategy targets. You will represent Coastline within consortium bids and opportunities, working with similar organizations to secure sustainable materials and services. Additionally, you will develop the Contract Register to manage procurement pipelines and encourage other teams to adopt environmentally friendly practices, with opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
We seek a forward-thinking procurement professional who is passionate about sustainability, able to work collaboratively and independently, with an organized and analytical approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a full driving license and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
