Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate sales order (contract) and revenue records in internal systems from project initiation to completion. This includes processing invoicing releases and recognising revenue milestones, ensuring alignment with client contracts and company accounting policies.

  • Review all contract documents – Quotations, Work Orders, and Purchase Order\’s completeness, compliance, and accuracy.

  • Translate contract details into project setup including configuring appropriate revenue recognition and invoicing schedules.

  • Generate internal purchase order requests for projects involving multiple sites.

  • Initiate invoice requests promptly based on contract signatures, monthly billing cycles, project milestones, or completion-guided by the weekly invoicing milestone report.
