We are looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to contribute to the teaching and learning at Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident and be able to work well as part of the Primary team. The post holder will support pupils within Key Stage 2, however we do expect our teaching assistants to be flexible to work across school.
Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy has 210 primary pupils (30 per year group) in addition to a 26 FTE place Nursery. It has a strong set of values that are at the heart of its work and there is a clear vision for the future.
The children we serve at Bluecoat Bentinck Primary Academy are from very diverse backgrounds and so our approach needs to be flexible, understanding and adaptive and maintaining focus on our core values. We offer a nurturing environment to our pupils as well as our staff. Staff wellbeing is important at our school and within our Trust. We utilise a range of strategies to ensure children and adults alike are able to thrive.
